Customer Support Associate

Role overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who can resolve customer

queries, explain processes clearly, and deliver a reliable support experience. You

should be comfortable taking ownership of issues and identifying relevant sales

opportunities during customer conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across assigned support channels with clear,

empathetic communication.

-Investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and keep customers

informed until resolution.

• Explain features, processes, eligibility, and next steps in simple language.

-Recognize relevant sales opportunities based on customer needs.

-Maintain accurate CRM records of customer concerns, actions, and

outcomes.

-Highlight recurring issues and opportunities to improve the customer

experience.

Requirements

-At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial

services or fintech.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive customer queries with care and sound judgment.

• Confidence in identifying sales opportunities through customer conversations.

• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
