Customer Support Associate

About the role

Provide professional support to customers and internal sales teams. Process customer orders, quotations, delivery schedules and related documents accurately and promptly. Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Account, HQ, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and order-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Investigate and resolve operational issues by working with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information in company systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management
• Provide incoming call and office shipment support
• Prepare monthly reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related disciplines
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese to liase with mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Working experience and knowledge of admin standard processes are an advantage
