Role 1: Technical Customer Service Associate

Location : Chennai Perungalathur

Eligibility : 0 to 2 years of experience.

Qualification : Intermediate (10+2)

Freshers with excellent communication skills in english language are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for smart home and technical devices.
• Assist customers with device setup, account-related queries, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and device configuration.
• Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Good English communication skills in english language.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility.
• Candidates with technical support experience will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, internet, and technical troubleshooting.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Role 2: Customer Support Associate International Voice Process

Location : Chennai Perungalathur

Eligibility : 0 to 2 years of experience.

Qualification : Intermediate (10+2)

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound international voice calls.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and meet quality and productivity targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility
• Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and Windows knowledge.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
