We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate in Anaheim, CA to join an office-based team where you’ll work directly with customers, learn how different enquiries are handled, and become confident using professional systems and processes.

This is more than simply answering questions. You’ll learn how to communicate with different types of customers, solve problems, manage requests, and work with a wider team to get things done. It’s a strong starting point for someone who wants to develop in customer service, sales, account support, or office-based operations.

What Your Day Could Look Like

Your day will involve a mixture of customer conversations, follow-ups, and keeping information up to date.

• Speak with customers by phone, email, and other channels
• Find out what customers need and work out the appropriate next step
• Provide clear information about services, accounts, orders, and processes
• Review customer details and make updates where required
• Follow up on enquiries that are still being resolved
• Handle straightforward questions and customer concerns
• Pass more complicated matters to the appropriate team
• Record conversations and actions accurately
• Work with colleagues to make sure customer requests are completed
• Become familiar with different systems and procedures
• Keep customer information organized and up to date

What You Can Bring

You don’t need to have followed a traditional customer support career path. Good communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, sales, call centers, administration, customer service, or other people-facing roles can give you useful transferable skills.

You should be comfortable speaking with different types of people, using computers, following processes, and keeping track of several requests at once.

Training will be provided, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn the company's systems, services, and support procedures as you settle into the role.
