Customer Support Associate

Wireless Orbit Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Associate to represent AT&T residential services in the Canoga Park area. This Customer Support Associate is an entry-level, customer and sales role focused on providing in-home customer support while assisting residents with selling AT&T product information, promotions, and new service enrollments.

This Customer Support Associate position blends customer support and sales support in a face-to-face residential setting. Training is provided, and no prior telecommunications experience is required.

As a Customer Support Associate, your responsibilities include:

• Work & sell face to face with residential customers in their local neighborhoods who have AT&T, or who are interested in enrolling with AT&T
• Provide clear information on AT&T products, services, and current promotions
• Assist homeowners with questions related to AT&T service options
• Support new customer enrollments and service upgrades
• Educate customers on available solutions that best fit their household needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments
• Follow company guidelines and AT&T compliance standards
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily customer engagement and performance goals

Customer Support Associate Role Overview:

• Pay Structure: Commission-only earned per completed AT&T enrollment or service upgrade
• Earnings vary based on individual performance and completed enrollments
• Earnings listed reflect average commissions, not top performers.
• Schedule & Work Details: Full-time commitment (approximately 40 hours per week) , In-person role. (not hourly, not salaried), Comfortable working outdoors and within residential neighborhoods
• Product / Client: Represent AT&T residential services & Assist homeowners with internet, wireless, and promotional offerings

Entry-Level Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn customer support and sales fundamentals (training provided)
• Prior customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,200.00 per month
