Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive client experience for Hemsworth Consulting's clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tax, audit) to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure of open issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on query volumes, turnaround time, and client feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through company processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer support / client service role.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM / ticketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
