Customer Support Associate

We are looking for candidates with good verbal communication and customer-handling skills who can assist customers professionally and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve queries professionally.
• Use computer-based tools to review account information and provide accurate assistance.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow quality standards and process guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates with customer service or voice process experience are welcome.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills are required.
• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Office are preferred.
• Candidates must have a typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the office in Electronic City, Bengaluru.
• Working in rotational shifts is compulsory. Candidates must be comfortable working in both day and night shifts.
