Roles and Responsibilities – Customer Support Associate

• Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with product-related queries, order updates, application status, and service requests, as applicable.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior team members when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets related to call quality, customer satisfaction, response time, and query resolution.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer service quality standards.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
