Job Title: Customer Support Associate - Travel & Flight Bookings
Key Responsibilities
- Elite Communication: Provide exceptional, professional support via phone, email, and chat with polished etiquette.
- Flight Management: Handle end-to-end flight reservations, cancellations, reissues, and itinerary changes accurately.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve travel disruptions, delays, and ticketing inquiries.
- Client Guidance: Advise clients on fare rules, travel policies, and optimal booking options.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in travel support or flight ticketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and CRM tools.
- High emotional intelligence and composure under pressure.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
