Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to assist customers through professional, timely, and accurate communication. This role is ideal for someone with strong written English skills, patience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns with care.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, or other assigned support channels.
• Provide accurate product, order, refund, warranty, or general support information using company guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Use approved templates while ensuring responses remain clear and helpful.
• Document customer concerns, complaints, and resolutions properly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order, product, shipment, or issue verification.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly tone in all communications.
• Perform other customer support-related tasks as assigned.

About you

• Customer service or e-commerce support experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, especially in writing.
• Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Able to follow templates, instructions, and company processes.
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work on-site in Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
• Willing to work night shift only.
