Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Manage daily customer support tasks and maintain response and resolution timelines.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; Kannada or other South Indian languages preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
