Our technology consulting team helps businesses understand their technology needs and navigate their options. As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be a friendly point of contact, answering everyday questions, organizing requests, and connecting customers with consultants when they need more detailed guidance.

You bring the curiosity. We’ll help build the knowledge.

You don’t need a technology background, coding skills, or previous consulting experience. Training will introduce you to our services, common customer questions, and the systems you’ll use. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who can help you find the right answer.

Three ways you’ll make a difference

Make things clear. Speak with customers in person, by phone, and by email. Listen to their questions, explain service information, and help them understand the next step.

Keep things moving. Coordinate consultation appointments, update customer details, and pass requests to the appropriate team. Follow up so customers know where things stand.

Connect the dots. Share useful notes with consultants, flag recurring questions, and help the team deliver a consistent customer experience.
