Customer Support Associate

Our sales team works directly with households, helping simplify internet and wireless options and making the process easier to understand. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a Customer Support Associate to help connect local customers with internet and wireless solutions. Our Customer Support Associate sales team works directly with people in their communities to understand their connectivity needs, explain available options, and help them find sales solutions that fit their household or business.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will represent AT&T through face-to-face sales conversations with potential customers. The Customer Support Associate will learn about each customer’s needs, explain products and services, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions about their connectivity options. This Customer Support Associate position is a direct customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people and wants to develop real-world sales and communication experience.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Associate

• Represent AT&T in face-to-face customer and sales conversations
• Speak with residents and businesses about their internet and wireless needs
• Ask questions to understand each customer’s current situation
• Explain AT&T products, services, and available sales options
• Educate customers on solutions that may improve their connectivity
• Build trust through professional and informative sales conversations
• Present sales solutions based on individual customer needs
• Close new sales and work toward daily and weekly goals
• Follow up with customers when needed throughout the sales process
• Build strong communication, presentation, sales, and customer service skills
• Learn how to confidently manage a customer conversation from introduction through sales close

• Start conversations with potential customers

• Track and work toward measurable sales goals

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
