This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure and takes satisfaction in getting things sorted out. Whether you're assisting with a simple question or following up on a more complicated request, your goal will be to make sure customers receive helpful, accurate information.

You'll be part of a team that values reliability, good communication and getting the small details right.

Your Day-to-Day Work

You'll be responsible for managing customer requests from the moment they come in until they're resolved or passed to the appropriate team.

The position includes:

  • Processing incoming service requests and updating customer information.
  • Reviewing order details, payment records and account activity to answer questions.
  • Explaining company policies, service procedures and available options.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to address delayed or unresolved requests.
  • Maintaining accurate notes and updating cases in the customer management system.
  • Monitoring open cases and completing follow-ups within established timeframes.
  • Identifying recurring customer concerns and sharing feedback with supervisors.

  • Good judgment when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Helpful Experience

  • Previous work in a call center, retail environment, office or customer-facing position.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience processing service requests, updating accounts or managing support tickets.

Previous customer support experience is helpful but not essential. Relevant training can be provided.

Working Environment

This is a structured, team-based role with regular customer interaction and computer-based administrative work.

Employees are expected to maintain accurate records, meet reasonable service expectations and communicate promptly when additional assistance is needed.
