About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Support Associate to join our team. The role involves helping customers with their queries, resolving issues, and making sure they have a good experience with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.

• Resolve complaints politely and professionally.

• Follow company processes and service guidelines.

• Meet assigned quality and productivity targets.

• Ability to work well in a team.

Eligibility:-

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome.

• 0–2 years of customer support experience is preferred.
