Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a domestic E-Commerce inbound voice process. Candidates should have strong Malayalam communication skills along with average English communication skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
• Age: Up to 30 years
• Malayalam mandatory with average English

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts
• Rotational weekly off
• 6 working days per week
• 9-hour login: 8 productive hours + 1-hour break

Mandatory WFH System Requirements

• Personal laptop with Intel i5 processor
• 8 GB+ RAM
• Windows 10 or above
• Broadband connection with 20 Mbps+ speed
• Government-issued laptop is not eligible
• Candidate must attend the interview using a laptop

Typing Requirement

• Minimum 25 WPM
• Minimum 85% accuracy
• Typing-test result must be shared in PDF format with the candidate's name displayed.
