Customer Support Associate – International Chat Process

Job Requirements

• Qualification: PUC or any Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process is required.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Versant Level 6 is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Work Schedule

• 5 days working.
• 2 rotational days off.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Work from Office.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹34,000 per month.
• Transport: Two-way cab facility provided.
