JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Customer Assistance Specialists to assist customers through chat and email. This is a non-voice role, so there are no phone calls involved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers through chat and email
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain quality and productivity standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• No BPO experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and first-time job seekers
• Strong written English communication skill
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
