Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, depending on the assigned account.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when communicating with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• No prior work experience required.
