Customer Support Associate || Noida

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain service quality and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries patiently.
• Freshers can apply; prior customer support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
