Job Qualifications

• Must have a reliable work-from-home setup (stable internet, computer, noise-cancelling headset)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Willing to work the night shift (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday, Manila/Philippine time)
• Customer service or call center experience required
• No healthcare or medical background required; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, medication refills, lab results, and general inquiries
• Provide professional, empathetic, and accurate support
• Manage a high call volume (approximately 80 calls per shift) while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Accurately document interactions and follow established processes
