CTC: 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, including night shifts & rotational week-offs

Job Description

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to join the Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer interactions over voice, understanding their concerns and providing appropriate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and resolve queries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during interactions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Mandatory.
• Strong active listening and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
