"ONE MONTH IN OFFICE TRAINING"

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and products.
• Provide quick, accurate, empathetic, and professional responses.
• Resolve customer concerns and take ownership until closure.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and other teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain proper ticket updates, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, response-time, and resolution-time targets.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Fixed 3pm - 12am shift. Rotational week offs. 6days working.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills. Good typing skills.
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and work in a fast-paced D2C environment.
• Experience in e-commerce/customer support or fresher
