Customer Support (Chat and Email)

• Provide virtual customer support through Live Chat and Email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests through chat while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Investigate customer issues, identify appropriate solutions, and provide accurate information to effectively resolve concerns.
• Support daily customer service operations by handling multiple customer conversations efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department and monitor their progress until resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns or technical issues have been successfully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare and submit a comprehensive End-of-Shift Report, including completed tasks, pending concerns, and other relevant updates.

Qualifications:

• At least minimal experience in Customer Support or a similar Customer Service role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses patience and professionalism when handling customer concerns and challenging situations.
• Has average to excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Willing to work onsite along Ayala Avenue, Makati City.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
