About the role:
At Carinity Home Care – Brisbane North, we’re dedicated to providing personalised support to seniors and people living with disability so they can live independently at home and stay connected to their community.  In this rewarding position, you’ll provide administrative and rostering support to our Home Care operations while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring availability Monday to Friday.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Preparing and updating rosters and coordinating staff schedules in line with operational needs
• Assisting clients and their representatives with information about Carinity’s services
• Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and broader team with daily office tasks
• Ensuring confidentiality and quality outcomes across all administrative functions

Experience gained working in a similar role within the home care, aged care or community services industry is highly desirable.

In addition, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in office administration or clerical support
• Experience in staff rostering, preferably using a computerised system
• Certificate or qualification in Business Administration is advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
