Global Customer Support Associate (Voice & Chat)Job Overview

ibex Pakistan is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Global Customer Support team. As a Global Customer Support Associate, you will assist international customers through voice calls and chat while delivering professional, efficient, and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries through voice calls and chat.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and basic technical or service-related issues.

Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.

Achieve individual and team-based quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Matric/O Levels or above; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

Strong spoken English with an American or neutral accent preferred.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.

Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid CNIC.

Willingness to work rotational evening and night shifts.

Shift Details

Rotational shifts operate between 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM.

Each shift is 9 hours, inclusive of break time.

Shift timings are assigned according to business requirements.

Late-night shifts are mandatory and form part of the rotational schedule.
