Duties

• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a multilingual environment.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services naturally during customer interactions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally over the phone and through written channels.
• Familiarity with sales techniques, including understanding when and how to suggest additional offerings to customers.

Pay: $45,893.21-$92,613.05 per year
