What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive support to drivers throughout the registration and onboarding process, educate on best practices for utilizing the app’s functionalities to optimize their experience and performance.

Proactively communicate vital updates, promotional campaigns, policy modifications, and other critical information to drivers and customers through outbound calls and live chat.

Address various requests, resolve complaints, and actively solicit feedback from both drivers and customers to enhance overall service quality.

Continuously monitor service performance and compliance by collecting and analyzing inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to policy adherence.

Provide valuable insights from user interactions to help refine the app’s functionality and ensure a seamless experience for all users.

What We’re Looking For:

Good command of English (B1 or B2 level).

Basic familiarity with computer software and mobile applications.

Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
