About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support professional who can handle customer concerns with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service, and helping improve the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming customer calls and resolve concerns by identifying the issue and providing the best possible solution.

Create a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.

Accurately document customer conversations and resolutions in the CRM.

Identify recurring concerns and share recommendations to help improve products, processes, and service quality.

What We’re Looking For

Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have completed at least 2 years of college.

With 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in the business process outsourcing industry.

Excellent English communication skills, with strong verbal, listening, and written proficiency.

Have proven track record for delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Professional, dependable, and composed when handling challenging situations.

Willing and able to work night shifts.
