Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer communications, online order processing, and post-sales support. This role requires coordination with India and U.S. teams during U.S. business hours. Candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and emails from clients courteously and efficiently
• Manage online sales operations (no cold calling; customers place orders through the company’s online store)
• Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide timely and effective support
• Update product pricing in line with the manufacturer’s pricing roadmap
• Assist customers with refunds, replacements, and applicable discounts
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, transactions, and order details
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Work Schedule & Attendance Policy

• Saturday and Monday are critical workdays; unplanned absences on these days are not permitted
• From November 15th through the first week of February, 100% attendance is mandatory due to peak selling season
• During this period, employees may be required to work six (6) days per week based on workload
• Extra days worked will be compensated with additional pay
• Weekend work may be required as per business needs

Skills & Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Salary will be based on experience and last drawn compensation)
