About the role

Stock Bazaar is our premium market data platform, serving subscribers who rely on our data, research and analytics every trading day. You'll be the first point of contact for those subscribers — resolving their queries, keeping them informed, and making sure issues reach the right team quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries over email, chat and phone within agreed response times
• Resolve issues relating to subscriptions, billing, account access and platform usage
• Guide subscribers through platform features and help them get value from the product
• Log every interaction accurately in the support system and maintain clean records
• Escalate technical issues to the engineering team with clear, complete detail
• Follow up on open tickets until closure, and keep the customer updated throughout
• Share recurring issues and customer feedback with the product team
• Support onboarding of new subscribers

Requirements

Requirements

• 0–2 years in customer support, client servicing or a similar role — freshers with strong communication are welcome
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
• Patience and composure when handling frustrated or escalated customers
• Comfortable with email, chat tools and basic Excel or Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn the product thoroughly, including the basics of stock market data
• Available to join immediately

Good to have

• Exposure to a helpdesk or CRM tool such as Zoho Desk, Freshdesk or Zendesk
• Experience supporting a SaaS, fintech or subscription product
• Basic understanding of stock markets and trading terminology
