You are an ideal candidate if you:

• have a strong command of the English language (both oral & written).
• are a result-oriented team player with highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
• are tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workstation).

Responsibilities:

• Support our customers effectively and on time, reply to users feedback related to provided services via live chat and outgoing (outbound) calls.
• Handle online registration applications from Maxim riders, documents/photo reports check, assist with any work related issues, especially regarding our app functionality, top-up balance/web wallets, conflict management.
• Daily update corporate database and track the service rules violations done by users.
