Customer Support

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to increase revenue growth.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on voice process (phone banking/credit card).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
