About the role

Pop Stop is seeking someone to work on our Online Customer Support and join our team at our Warehouse in Saint Johns Auckland. This role is working behind the scenes answering our online customer queries alongside our Christchurch based team member. When needed you will be helping our Online Fulfilment team fill orders for customers. It is important you are familiar with Pop Culture so that you can relate with our customers. What you'll be doing:

• Replying to customer queries
• Ensuring orders get from A to B
• Filing lost package claims
• Ensuring Online Stock Accuracy
• Liasing with Stores to ensure customers orders are processed smoothly and accurately

What we're looking for

• Computer Literacy
• A history of customer service
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Reliability and a punctual approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• A history of using Zendesk and Lightspeed is beneficial but not required.

Hours -

Monday - Friday 7am - 12:30pm

Over Christmas these hours may be extended.
