Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist users with app registration, login, bookings, payments, and service-related concerns.
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide accurate information about MajheApp services and platform features.
• Record customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
• Escalate complex problems to the concerned department.
• Prepare daily reports on customer interactions and complaint resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English, Konkani, and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and computers.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, polite, and professional approach towards customers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
