Description Job description:

We are seeking a professional Customer Support employee to handle customer inquiries and support daily sales and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Follow up on quotations, deliveries, repairs, and pending requests.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Service departments.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, work orders, and delivery-related documents.

Maintain accurate customer information and transactions in the ERP system.

Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required.

Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.

Native or near-native English proficiency is required.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Good Microsoft Office skills.

ERP Experience Is Preferred. Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
