- Manage the entire quote-to-cash process from generation to collection, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within IT services or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including billing systems and financial software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
