Job Description

We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in one of the following language combinations:

• English + Hindi + Kannada
• English + Hindi + Telugu

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Required Experience: Social media customer support experience is mandatory.
• Languages: Fluency in any one of the specified language combinations.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Communicate professionally with customers across multiple channels.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹31,000 CTC per month for experienced candidates.
• Additional benefits as per company policy.
