Customer Support

Eon Infotech Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Operations Support Executive to manage Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) operations, customer support, field team coordination, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with field teams, support technicians, clients, and management.
• Handle customer calls, resolve complaints, and ensure timely service.
• Monitor GPS/VTS devices through dashboards, web applications, and online portals.
• Coordinate faulty device maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacements.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze GPS data, and maintain accurate records.
• Train customers on VTS operations and report generation.
• Provide regular operational updates to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma or computer science or relevant.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, OpenOffice, Google Maps, and computer applications.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Must have personal conveyance for commuting.
• Experience in operations, customer support, MIS, GPS tracking, or fleet management will be an added advantage.
