Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Voice/Chat.
- Assist with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility Criteria
- Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Versant Score: 56.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and Work From Office.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
