CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT

This position reports to: Team Lead

Job Overview:

• Your day-to-day job will see you speaking to one of the organisation’s biggest assets and you need to make sure every experience they have in dealing with you is a great one.
• Your contribution will go a long way in our ongoing effort to deliver outstanding customer service.

Work Life:

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Provide first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
• Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
• Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
• Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Driven by customer satisfaction – always deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong spoken and written communicator (multilingualism; Mandarin speaker will be a plus point!), friendly, energetic.
• Happy to work in shifts (the contact centre does not sleep!)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
