CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

PRO Key Responsibilities:

• Government Relations:
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies.
• Handle official correspondence with ministries, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
• Visa and Labor Card Processing:
• Manage the process of employee visas, work permits, and residency cards.
• Handle renewals, cancellations, and modifications of employee visas.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the company complies with local laws, including the renewal of trade licenses, company registration, and other legal requirements.

Process and track renewals of company documents such as trade licenses and insurance.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
