Customer Support - Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and queries in Hindi & English
• Understand customer concerns and provide the right assistance
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach with customers
• Resolve basic customer issues and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
