Customer support e-commerce

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via email (Gmail) in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner

• Managing customer interactions across social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (DMs, comments, basic support requests)

• Managing and following up on after-sales service (SAV) tickets

• Using and maintaining internal tools and systems:

  – WooCommerce (order tracking, returns, disputes, customer issues)
  – Notion (ticket organization, internal databases, process documentation) – Gmail (daily customer support communication)

• Identifying recurring issues and escalating bugs or operational improvements

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience and support processes

  Profile We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (e-commerce experience is a strong plus)

• Fluent English (mandatory, written and spoken)

• Comfortable using digital tools and e-commerce platforms

• Ability to quickly adapt to and manage: WooCommerce, Notion, Gmail and email support systems, Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Autonomous, reactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in international e-commerce
• Familiarity with high-end or premium customer service standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
