Customer Support Engineer (Based in Muar)

About the role

Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities, carry out machine and kit buy-off processes, conduct machine operation and maintenance training, and provide on-site and off-site technical support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities
• Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement
• Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user
• Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement
• Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes

About you

• Minimum Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills
• Good analysis and trouble shooting skills
• Able to work independently
• Willing to work overtime and travel for local/overseas support when required
• Priority working experiences with Hexa (Evo Plus), AT468 machines
• Based in Muar, Johor
