Ionos is seeking experienced Customer support Engineer with expertise in the following areas.
Engineers with 4+ years of proven track record in some combination of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Linux + Networking
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Experience with of L4-L7 network application debugging
Experience with TCP/IP, Routing, VPN and WAN technologies.
Experience with public cloud providers such as GCP, AWS
