Customer Support Engineer

Key responsibilities

1. Resolve customer after‑sales support tickets via phone, email and chat, addressing faults related to Wi‑Fi, switches, routers and other product lines;
2. Collaborate with the global team to address service‑related requirements from local system integrators (SI)&Partners;
3. Secure high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding the company’s brand reputation.

Requirements

1. Solid knowledge of switching, routing, WLAN and network security technologies, with in‑depth expertise in at least one technical area. Proficiency equivalent to or higher than RCNP, HCNP or CCNP is required.
2. Strong customer‑service awareness and team‑player mindset, with a passion for technical exploration; able to keep learning and grow professionally in technical areas.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of handling customer feedback and resolving customer complaints.
4. Good communication skills in Thai and English.

Preferred

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the networking industry.
2. CCIE, HCIE or equivalent industry certifications are a plus.
