• CES (Complete Equipment Schedule)

• ISPL (Illustration Spare Part List)

• Customer Communication

• Meeting with marketing team

• Day Target Making To Do List

• Set the Priorities

• Customer Mail Acknowledgement and query resolutions

• Product Support

• Service Quotations

• PO Receipt & Acknowledgment

• Representative Visit Schedule at Site

• Security Clearance

• Travelling Plan

• Procurement Updates from Purchase Team & Monitoring the Schedule

• Visit to Khopoli – Twice a Week

• Visit at Customer Place

• Visit to Vendors

• Coordination with Customer for inspection coverage if any

• After PO receipt, arranging the kick off meeting with Customer

• Production Updates with factory

• Payment Follow-ups

• Customer Visit for Upcoming Projects

• Offers and technical compliance preparation

• Offer Costing with the help of Management Team

• Coordination for order finalization

• New Enquiry Quotation Follow-ups
