Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality on-site customer support by diagnosing and resolving product/service issues efficiently.
• Handle installation, setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of RFID, AIDC, and barcode solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to deliver end-to-end support.
• Conduct customer training sessions for better product understanding and usage.
• Proactively identify potential issues and escalate when required.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, upgrades, and industry trends.
• Ready to travel outside Delhi for customer support visits and complaint resolution as require.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to3 years of experience in customer/technical support (preferably RFID, AIDC, barcode industry).
• Knowledge of Automation Conveyor systems is mandatory.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
