DAMAC AI runs some of the region's largest NVIDIA GPU clusters, sovereign cloud services and hyperscale data centre capacity across the Middle East and Asia. We're hiring a Customer Support Engineer to be the trusted technical voice our enterprise customers reach when they need help.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own enterprise tickets end-to-end — investigate, resolve, verify, close
• Troubleshoot across GPU compute, storage, network, platform APIs and Kubernetes
• Guide customers through onboarding, APIs, SDKs and platform best practice
• Coordinate with NOC and L2/L3 engineering on complex or active incidents
• Build the knowledge base that helps the next customer self-serve

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years in technical support, TAC or NOC for enterprise cloud or infrastructure customers
• Linux administration and container platform experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, firewalls
• Comfort with ITIL-based ticketing and a genuine ownership mindset
• Willingness to work rotating 24×7 shifts
